How do i know if my order has been succsessfly placed  or not ?

When your order has been successfully received by our system, you'll see a confirmation page. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you specified, giving the details of your order. This confirmation indicates that your order has been received. If you can’t find this confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders. Feel free to contact us at any time if you have any queries about your order.

What are my payement options?

When will I receive a refund or exchange for my returned merchandise?

Once we receive the product we send you a store credit we don't offer money refund . 

What do I do if I receive someone else's order and/or my order is lost/empty package?

Please request a return or an exchange you can contact us by email for assistance 

How do I get details about a product?

You can check the product page and if you still have a question you can contact us using  the chat space or by sending an email 

If I buy large quantities, do I receive a discount?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer discounts for purchasing in large quantities. 

What is our Shipping & Delivery policy? 

Most items ordered with standard shipping arrive within 5-7 business days in european countries and  1 to 3 days for french destinations The exception is items shipped from locations other than Europe warehouse. . Courier service is available at an additional cost.

Depending on when you placed your order, it may take one business day for your tracking number to be active. Once your order has been processed, it may not be possible to change or cancel it. In this case, please refer to the return/exchange procedure listed on the packing slip or contact Customer Service for assistance. Please select a contact option at the bottom of this article.

How do I cancel/change my order?

Once an order is submitted changes are not able to be applied, though you may be able to cancel your order. Cancellation options are available for a short period please reach out to our customer service 

Do You Ship to the United Kingdom?

The United Kingdom has recently introduced new tax laws for international shipments so you may pay extra taxes for the orders you place . The delivery time may be longer.

Are fragile items packaged?

 All merchandise shipped from distribution centers are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Which sizing system do you use ?

We use the european system and the details are explained by product page
