J’ai acheté cette montre début décembre 2024 et l’ai offerte à mon fils pour Noël, le 25 décembre 2024 Elle ne fonctionne pas. J’ai contacté le service client le 26 décembre mais on m’explique que les 14 jours pour renvoyer le produit sont écoulés. Je ne comprends pas qu’une marque comme celle-ci ne puisse pas rallonger ses délais de retours en cette période de fête. Les parents achètent souvent ces articles pour leurs enfants. Je ne commanderai plus sur ce site. Une montre payée 80 € se doit de fonctionner normalement.
Nice watch and my son was happy but when opened it the watch face of the watch had a long crack. We returned it and hopefully will get a new one.
As usual from ZAG the product is good quality. This was a gift for my daughter but she was disappointed that the watch face is plain, it does not include the image of Bunnyx on the watch face as shown on the website.
Accurate, nice and looks like in the series. Only downside is Zag logo (there are better places than the middle of the pocket watch)
