Après plus de trois semaines sans nouvelles ni réception de ma première commande, j’ai dû contacter moi-même la boutique pour apprendre qu’une paire de boucles d’oreilles était en rupture de stock. On m’a alors assuré que le reste de la commande serait expédié et que les boucles d’oreilles seraient envoyées ultérieurement. J’ai fait confiance, d’autant que ma seconde commande, passée entre-temps, a bien été reçue en trois jours.
Cependant, plus d’un mois et demi après ma première commande, je n’ai toujours rien reçu et je n’ai aucune nouvelle, ni concernant le colis initial ni concernant les boucles d’oreilles manquantes. Aucun suivi sérieux, aucune information spontanée : il faut aller chercher soi-même les explications.
C’est vraiment dommage, car recevoir rapidement une seconde commande montre que l’expédition peut être efficace. Mais cela ne justifie absolument pas de laisser un client sans nouvelles pendant autant de temps pour une première commande. Le manque de communication et de suivi est inacceptable. J’espère au minimum obtenir une explication et une résolution rapide de cette situation, mais cette expérience a sérieusement entamé ma confiance envers cette boutique.
